We use Visitbase as our practice management and online booking software. When you book an appointment or attend the practice, your contact details, appointment history, and health information are stored using Visitbase, subject to their own security and privacy practices. Where any data is stored on cloud servers outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled securely and in accordance with applicable privacy law.
Health fund and Medicare rebates
If you claim a rebate through your private health fund or Medicare at the time of your appointment, relevant billing information is shared with the health fund or Medicare solely for the purpose of processing that claim.
Website contact form
If you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the name, contact details, and message you provide, solely to respond to your enquiry.
How we use and share your information
We use your information to provide chiropractic care, manage bookings, process health fund and Medicare claims, and respond to enquiries. We may share information with:
